Camping de Boerenzwaluw is a quiet, spacious and very green camping site, situated in a small village called Zijdewind (Noord-Holland, The Netherlands). This place is part of the beautiful green region Westfriesland, which is well-known for all its nice cycling and hiking routes. Also, the beach (Petten, Callantsoog, Sintmaartenszee, etc.) is nearby: about 13-15 km. The camping site has a very nice, new sanitary building (2016), also accessible to disabled people. The pitches on the camping site are very large: about 140 m2 each. Electricity and WiFi are available. Dogs are welcome too and they can swim in the ditches by which the camping site is surrounded. There is a small playing area for the kids, as well as a ping pong and a soccer table. Barbecues are allowed. A nice city called Schagen is nearby (5 km), as well as a natural pool (500 m). The ambition of Camping de Boerenzwaluw is to provide their visitors a peaceful and pleasant stay, against low rates.
