Technology Support & Cat Café Introductions… Our residents Our residents are 10 stray cats from Greece who have found a new home in our café; a cosy place for them to snuggle up, enjoy cuddles and play with our visitors. Our cats have their own private space above our café, where they can retreat at their leisure and where they reside when the café is closed. All our cats have Greek names; the meaning of their name fits their character. Our staff Our staff are volunteers who, for a variety of reasons, have limited access to the job market. DB&K also works together with organisations such as De Waerden* in providing work placements. Our staff carry out various jobs around the café, such as front of house, taking orders, preparing food, buying groceries and of course looking after our cats, all done with love and care. *De Waerden provide support for people with learning disabilities to create structure in their lives.
