"Cooking is a matter of combining the right ingredients, of which the chef is the first," is the motto of renowned chef Franceso Angliani, who rules the kitchen of the recently opened restaurant La Sfida on the West 70 in Hoorn. Everything is freshly prepared in this authentic restaurant; the pasta, bread and wood fired pizza. The wine selection is also tailored to the dishes. For the rest of the evening, you are invited to taste and enjoy a casual and unlimited tasting. All for a fixed price and with a personal approach.
