The concept of Restobar West 72 is ‘shared dining’ where our dishes are served in an entremet format for 2 people. They are perfect for sharing with your dinner companions and making sure you enjoy all the different flavours on offer. You can order multiple rounds throughout the evening, so take it nice and slow ! Our passion for cooking runs through our menu like a common thread. The dishes prepared by our seasoned chef José Perez and his young, ambitious team are incredibly tasty and varied, from classic to surprising and offer plenty of choice for everyone.
