A culinary, placed in Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn, after restaurant named Mrs. Toos van der Valk. We aim to share her hospitality, warm family spirit, and love for gastronomy with our guests. This is her philosophy and that of the family. Gathering together to enjoy delicious food and drinks in a warm and homely atmosphere has always been important to us. On the new menu, under Toos' Favorites, you will find her own wine (Toos Rosé) and a selection of her favorite dishes.
