Body Worlds Amsterdam showcases 200 life‑like plastinated human bodies, offering visitors a unique journey through the human anatomy and the science of wellness. The exhibition, centered on the theme of happiness, reveals how daily choices and emotions affect our physical health. Visitors glide through six floors from the lobby to the basement, each dedicated to a different aspect of the body, from the nervous system to the effects of exercise and nutrition. Alongside the displays, guests can experience an in‑body scan – a free biometric assessment that measures body composition – and learn how each body part functions in everyday life. The museum provides accessible pathways with lifts, audio guides in multiple languages, and a visitor centre where support and information are readily available. With its engaging blend of science, art and interactive learning, Body Worlds invites families, history enthusiasts, students, and health‑conscious travelers to explore the wonder of the human body in a profoundly immersive way.
