Ctaste – Dineren in het donker
About
Ctaste – Dining in the Dark invites you to abandon sight and rediscover the four other senses in a completely illuminated world of taste. In a pitch‑black dining room, a team of blind and visually impaired waitstaff guide guests with subtle conversation, aroma, texture and sound, creating an unforgettable culinary adventure. The menu, served in a series of carefully crafted packages—from a 3‑course dinner to a 5‑course royal feast—features local, seasonal ingredients paired with crafted beverages, including wine, beer, and a chocolate fondue. The experience lasts roughly 2 to 2½ hours, and starts at 16:30 on weekdays and Saturdays and as early as 11:00 on Sundays. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially on weekends, to secure your spot and enjoy the full sensory journey.
