About
The one and only Oliebollenbakkerij of Amsterdam, wo bakes the whole year, every day fresh 'oliebollen'. An oliebol is made from a sweet dough fried in oil. Normally only available in the last weeks of the year, but not in this bakery. The readers of the Amsterdam newspaper het Parool reviewed the oliebollen as the nr. 1 in town. They also sell good croissants, sourdough bread and dutch pastries.
