De Waaghals (meaning daredevil in Dutch) is a vegetarian restaurant with an infomal atmosphere, but with a sophisticated and creative cuisine. Our guests can choose from a variety of refined vegetarian and vegan dishes, with influences of flavours from around the world. Our menu changes regularly and we work as much as possible with organic and locally sourced ingredients. We avoid using so-called "meat substitutes", but create dishes revolving around vegetables which are original and will surprise you. De Waaghals excists already since 1981 and is still groing in popularity with both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The kitchen is open daily from 5.00 pm to 9.30 pm.
