Top Italian sommelier Giorgia begins the next chapter of this well-established restaurant, back where she began in 2015. Her vision is to share her wealth of experience by sourcing exquisite Italian wines, cheeses and meats to offer the most authentic Italian dining experience. With a full revamp, returning customers can expect the warm, relaxed and intimate environment they are used to with tasteful new touches. Visitors to Amsterdam and our new neighbours can find this hidden gem along one of the side alleys, close to the main shopping streets. Giorgia will not be offering pizza! Her Italian wood-fired oven is now put to much better use preparing those fine Italian meats! Avoid the tourist traps... enjoy the best of Italy.
