GourmetBar Hoofddorp is situated within Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport at only 2 minutes from Hoofddorp Station. The restaurant has a very homely decor. The team's service is correct yet a bit more casual, and the dishes prepared by kitchen chef Rogier Delfos' crew are fresh and mostly locally sourced. The menu holds classic dishes and lots of Chef’s Signature Dishes like dry-aged sirloin and rib eye. During the season, items like fresh mussels or asparagus are added to the already extensive offering. The centre of GourmetBar is the bar itself. Here a variety of local beers, gins, and cocktails are served. Try out Grecia's Iced Teas, or Accor's unique Honeybee-r: a tasteful blonde beer with honey from our own bees.
