Here is my untold story, where it all began… A story that is inspired by many memorable days and nights of my youth, when I was exploring and experiencing the new world ahead of me. I am a curious person and my travels all over the world, brought close friendships, long conversations that went into the wee hours of the night, novels were read, art was admired and good food was enjoyed. What can I say… I love my food! My favorite meals were always the ones at authentic, simple and the best restaurants in the city that only the locals know about or alongside dusty roads far off the beaten path. The best burgers were always simple, tasty – a bit messy, but definitely homemade with the best quality meat and only the classic quality ingredients. I longed for such a place here in Amsterdam, a place where one can enjoy the best burgers, fries and milkshakes and feel at home. So here I am sharing my passion. I look forward to meeting you…
