Het Broeker Huis is one of the most beautiful buildings in the extremely pittoresque village Broek in Waterland, at 10 minutes from Amsterdam. A very nice restaurant with fine cuisine, a lovely courtyard-terrace and many authentic details. You can have lunch, dinner or just drinks. Cocktails, homemade lemonades and ice tea, home roasted coffee, special beers. Homemade apple pie and cheesecake, the most tender steaks ever, Flammkuchen and fresh fish. The very friendly staff will make sure you'll leave happy and satisfied. Make sure to take a walk through the old part of this extremely charming village wich is still like a well kept secret.
