Fresh kitchen and pure tast! I am specialized in making Mughlai Indian food. This style of food was prepared by cooks only for King’s (Maharajas) in India in their kitchen. After independence in the year 1947 all the kingdoms were merged & their cooks came out from King’s kitchen to public places. I learned this skill from a very famous cook in India. Very healthy Indian ingredients are used in the food which are good for health, boost immune system & good for body organs. To name the few dishes: Tandoori chicken, Butter chicken, Chicken Tikka masalla, Chicken Rogan Josh same in Lamb & special Vegetarian Thali. Here each dish is prepared fresh on your order. Nothing is cooked in advance in the kitchen. I use authentic Indian spices directly imported from North of India. Most of the spices i like to grind
