Japanese Pancakes, or Okonomiyaki, are savoury pancakes with a variety of fresh toppings ranging from sweet corn, beef strips to king prawn. The three types of Okonomiyaki we serve are specialties of the regions Osaka, Hiroshima and Kobe. The word Okonomiyaki means 'cook as you like' which also explains the accommodating nature of these pancakes: just choose your favourite toppings and indulge yourself in your personalised pancake, Japanese-style. All our Okonomiyakis are freshly prepared in our open kitchen, following the traditional cooking method, the average time required for a pancake is approximately 30 minutes. while waiting, you are most welcome to watch your okonomiyaki being cooked in our open kitchen, just like in Osaka, Hiroshima and Kobe. Please note: our Restaurant is tiny. To avoid disapointments, we strongly advise you to book your table in advance.
