Back to the roots! Our own Dutch cuisine has a lot to offer. In the meantime many Dutch don’t always appreciate it’s forgotten cuisine in all it’s beautiful simplicity. Get acquainted with typical classics from our own soil such as croquettes, bitterballs, poffertjes and pancakes. Taste the flavors that our grandparents grew up with. We are proud of our Dutch cuisine, so come and join us for some typical Dutch coziness. We'll teach you all the tips and tricks that you need to impress your friends back at home with some dutch delights that you learned to cook in the heart of Amsterdam. Ofcourse we'll give you an english recipe book to take back home.
