Antonio Cavoto pizza maker and owner of Mangia Pizza in Amsterdam, originally from San Marco dei Cavoti town in the province of Benevento and known for the Croccantino, begins its history in Amsterdam in May 2017 when he abandoned his beloved Campania. He learn the basics of pizza from his father Salvatore, the first pizza at 13, at the same time he graduated in Civil Engineering, He alternates pizza work with office work but in the end the pizza's passion prevails and he decides to start with the Mangia Pizza project. At the same time Marisa, his future wife, abandons everything and joins him in Amsterdam, together in their pizzas they tell their land, memories and new experiences with a 360-degree view of the world culinary world. Pizza is a dish for everyone.
