Forget about Dutch bitterballen and cheese cubes. You want the bites to match your drink - whether it's an Amsterdam IPA or a great cocktail. You want smokes aubergine croquettes or a lamb kebab with spicy salsa. To share and - why not - to eat with your 'mitts'. After all that booze and bites the next B will taste even better: brunch! And no, we don't want no limp croissant or hard boiled egg anymore. Shakshuka, or avocado smash on sourdough toast - now that's a reason to get out of bed. Why does it all taste so good, you may ask? Because Bar Mitts is inspired by Middle Eastern flavours, but always adds some Amsterdam rock 'n' roll. And obviously we create everything with our own sweet mitts.
