Our extensive menu is a combination of traditional dishes from all over Italy. Very popular with guests staying at the Carlton hotel. Ristorante Napoli draws inspiration from traditional Italian cuisine. Gerardo Cannavacciuolo has taken this inspiration to the Netherlands, where in 1966 as one of the first Italian restaurateurs he introduced the authentic Italian food in the Netherlands. This is reflected in various awards such as: Il cuoco d'oro, Il buona cucina and Trophy Italia (the best pasta).
