The journey is like the fresh air for my life. I am so happy that I can earn my income by continuing to travel with other travelers. My name is Aku, I was born in Himalaya area. When I was 7 years old, I became a yak herder in the mountains during my school vacation. After my university education in 1999, I became an English language mountain guide. In 2008 I came to the Netherlands to live and stay here also work as a tourist guide. With my van I traveled so much with my guests in the Netherlands and also in the rest of Europe. I have been a travel guide for 20 years now. Until now I still have a lot of passion for my tourist guide work.
