Would you like to taste our cheese? Experience it at Henri Willig’s Proefzolder. Our expert staff will explain to you how our cheese is made. After the introduction and a short film about this traditional craft, we offer a selection of our homemade cheeses. According to the Dutch tradition, accompanied by a specially designed mustard or a dip.Try the taste sensations of the various Henri Willig quality cheeses with a glass of wine, beer or a soft drink. Daily tasting at 14:00 and 16:30. The tasting lasts about 45 minutes. Unfortunately the tasting room is not wheelchair accessible.
