Sjefietshe is ceviche the Amsterdam way. As a restaurant we of course look further than Amsterdam alone and always remember the South American roots of the dish. We also look further than only ceviche, which means you can also eat hot (fish) dishes and are also very welcome to just have a cocktail, wine or beer at our bar or on the heated terrace.
