Bacalar is located in Amsterdam Noord, tucked away in between car garages.We have a weekly changing menu with a mix of classic and seasonal dishes and a small selection of vegetarian dishes. We serve our food on 100% organic corn tortillas and all salsas are home made. We like to work with small scale producers of quality products who share the same passion as we do and we love to bring these products to you.
