Located in the food court Market 27 at Amsterdam Noord metro station, four minutes from Central Station and six from Rokin. Inspired by the blue zones, regions renowned for their high numbers of centenarians, the Blue Zone Food Bar offers a menu that, while including chicken and Wagyu beef options, features an extensive selection of 100% plant-based dishes. We serve homemade stir-fried dishes using cold-pressed olive oil. Furthermore, we serve Wagyu beef and 100% plant-based wholefood burgers at an exceptional price-to-taste-quality ratio. We also offer house-made ice teas, fruit shakes, cakes, and ice creams. Coffee/tea, beer, wine and spirits are also available. We place great emphasis on the flavour, health, and well-being of our guests, as well as on the sustainability of our planet. Previously located in Utrecht. Open Mon-Tue 12:00-22:00, Thu-Sun 12:00-22:00. Kitchen closed at 21:00.
