Restaurant Wils pays a culinary tribute to fire, the primal power of all kitchens. In the middle of fireplaces, wood ovens and grills, Master Chef Joris Bijdendijk and Chef de Cuisine Thomas Val work in the open kitchen on refined dishes straight from the fire. Wils received a Michelin star in 2021, a year after opening.
