Restaurant Zushi Amsterdam… for the best sushi. Since 1999 Zushi stands for delicious fresh quality sushi and grilled dishes in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our sushi bar is located in the city centre of Amsterdam, in a beautiful 19th-century building that offers a beautiful view over the Amstel River. You will find a complete assortment of various sushi and warm dishes that are made with only the finest ingredients: premium beef, fresh sustainable seafood with the MSC label. Our Zushi menu consists in two parts: the fixed assortment of various sushi, starters and desserts that circulate on the belt, which you can take it by yourself and the special orders which you can ask for by our staff. The orders are special sushi like temaki, warm maki and grilled dishes. At Zushi, the plates are coded in color and shape. The color or shape represents a different price. On the basis of the the amount of colors and shapes, your check will be created.
