For years, Restaurant de Echoput has been known for its natural (game) preparations and wine-food pairings. This began in the 1950s with the vision of grandfather Klosse, who specialized in the products found around the tea house, such as game, mushrooms, and berries. The third generation of the Klosse family now gives a contemporary interpretation to this primal vision. Our unique surroundings still play a major role in this. For example, we work with local Veluwe game and various vegetables, herbs, and mushrooms from the immediate area during the season. We love gastronomy and devote a lot of attention every day to the ultimate combination of wine and dish.
