The Orvelte Poort Foundation keeps Orvelte’s history alive. Located in the museum village of Orvelte in the beautiful countryside of Drenthe, The Netherlands, our local, knowledgeable volunteers are pleased to present a variety of activities about the history and culture of Orvelte and its surroundings. We provide guided tours of the Ottenshoes, the village of Orvelte, and the local landscape.
