About
Koeien en Kaas (Cheese and Steaks) was founded in 2010 from our pride for Gouda cheese and our passion for meat; especially beef. Beautiful products that each separatly can be used as the key ingredient for an infinite number of dishes, not to mention the great combination of the two. The quality of the ingredients determine the end result. That is why we work with top products only whose origin is known to us, preferably from local farmers. Artisan butchers ensure that we can work with these beautiful products every day. The restaurant is located next to the canal and this gives a unique experience at the vibrant terrace. Inside it's light and open and we have an ambitious Chef working with an American-imported broiler and Yoder Smoker for normally unattainable flavors. That's why we are convinced we've got everything ready for a great evening.
