Many visitors know the way to our cozy pub restaurant de Rog (English: Ray) in the middle of the Kikkertstraat, the main street of the village Cocksdorp. In summer, a cozy terrace on the village street and a second terrace on a beautiful nature were you can eat and drink. In high season there is often something to do, such as the 'Durper' market and live music. Once you come in our restaurant, you will notice a hospitable and jovial received by Petra and her employees. Delicious food at a table or at the bar is what we offer you. Every day we have various specials on the menu for every single course, like soup, fish, meat or vegetarian. All of that is in addition to our normal menu. We will help you if necessary, also with our extensive wine list. And of course we have seasonal dishes like asparagus with ham or salmon. The salmon is smoked by ourselves and our delicious pea soup is not to be missed, but then only in winter. A good reason to come over in winter. Please note that you book on time to avoid disappointment. It is still often the case that we have to send people home with an empty stomach. Especially on weekends!
