About
During the workshop you will make your own cheese of warm fresh milk in a traditional way. This milk is derived from the milk cows of our farm "Westerheem". When your cheese is ready to press, there is time for a tour of our dairy farm, through the sheep barn with antique items and past the old tractors. The cheese must remain on the farm for three days in connection with the salt and the coating. You can pick up your own cheese after thee day's .
