In the village of Mariahout in the province of North Brabant, you’ll find Mariahout in de Hei. The accommodations have a view of the forest that is locally known as ‘t Hertenkamp, this is a gathering area for deer that live in the surrounding area. You can see deer regularly pass through the meadow. After years of milking cows, Mariahout in de Hei (formerly known as ‘t Hertenkamp) will take on a new venture as an Alpaca farm. They will start off with thirteen alpaca’s.
