We are Vietnamama. Vietnamama bakes, cooks and rolls the best Vietnamese streetfood. We only use fresh and healthy products in our dishes and make sure they're hand-made and cooked according to the original recipes. For the last 5 years we've been quite busy serving our food on festivals in The Netherlands and Belgium (summer 2018 i.a. Best Kept Secret, Pukkelpop, Mysteryland, Solar, Dekmantel and Woohah). In addition we cater (business and private), serve at loads of fairs and we work from our own permanent establishment in the Down Town Gourmet Market in Eindhoven. We serve different kinds of fresh and handmade springrolls, bun noodle salads, fresh fragrant broth (Pho), Vietnamese baguettes, rice-dishes and handmade snacks.
