An evening in our Kookrestaurant is different from a dinner in a regular restaurant. Every Wednesday and Saturday, you can not only enjoy a nice meal, you'll also join the chef in the kitchen! Whether you choose for a perfectly grilled steak or a home-smoked salmon, in the Kookrestaurant, you'll cook a great three course menu. You'll pick the courses à la carte, and help the chef. He already did al the preparations, you'll help him with the more exciting finishing touches. For example: smoking the salmon, making garlic-foam, and plating like a professional. In the kitchen, you'll learn all about cooking techniques, and the ingredients of your chosen meal. Furthermore, you can try the new techniques immediately with help of the chef.
