Stadhuismuseum conveys the story of the historic city of Zierikzee and her surroundings. The museum got her name from the building it is housed in, the former city hall. 'Stadhuis' being the Dutch word for city hall. The city Zierikzee, which experienced its heyday in the middelares, was shaped largely during this period. The houses, buildings and even our monumental building take you back in time. The architecture, the modern collection and the possibility to learn more about life in Zierikzee and the surrounding region all contribute to the experience.
