Het Schepershoes is a former farmhouse (1765) in Peest, near Assen and Groningen, with two comfortable rooms.Peest is a small hamlet with shops and restaurants at 2 km.. Good connections with public transport, including Sundays.We have a big garden, where our guests can relax.Please note: we have pets (cats and dogs) and our B&B is not suitable for small children.The region is well known for walking and cycle-tours.You can also plan a day-tour to the Wadden Islands.In 2013 there is an international exhibition about the Dead Sea Scrolls in the museum of Assen.
