For over 140 years, Cafe de Steen is located in the center of Willemsoord. Owned by the family Stroeve since 1958 (three generations). Famous from winning the Telegraph Golden Meatball, the tastiest meatball from Netherlands. Additionally, they serve a menu with dishes that refer to the special history of Willemsoord as Colony III of Colonies of Benevolence. Nominated for Unesco World Heritage.
