In L'Étoile restaurant, students of the Hotel Management School serve the most delicious seasonal dishes prepared with local ingredients. Their knowledge of products, taste combinations and cooking techniques result in an innovative menu based on regional and seasonal dishes that changes every few weeks. The restaurant is located in the cozy Teaching Hotel Château Bethlehem. In the hotel (and the restaurant) first year students try to get the most out of their practical weeks.
