Our B&B is located near Roermond, it's an old farm, singlehandedly transformed into a b&b. We have two studio's, each with their own private bathroom. One of them also has a bath. You can park your car in front of house, for free! We serve your breakfast in your private appartement, at the time you prefer. We live next to a lake. You can surf and sail there. In summer we serve ice-cream!
