ALL CAPS is the premium street art festival of The Netherlands. Every year we come to the city of Rotterdam to bring lots of art to a specific neighbourhood and its residents. In 2023, we will visit the Feijenoord neighbourhood for the third consecutive year. Three times is the charm. We believe there are still plenty of beautiful walls here that could use some fresh paint, and so we have once again selected a bunch of international artists to beautify them. They can be found painting live from September 3 – 10 in Feijenoord, Rotterdam!
