CAFÉ BRASSERIE MONASTÈRE IS A CLASSIC FRENCH ORIENTED ETABLISSEMENT LOCATED IN THE HEART OF DELFT ON THE BEAUTIFUL MARKET. SHE MAKES ITS NAME TO THE LADY BROTHER MONASTERY THAT HAD BEEN IN 1595. Our French-oriented dishes, occasionally interspersed with other Classics, form the solid basis for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.
