A business where we as a team take the everyday and modern dining experience of our guests to a higher level in a city like The Hague. The kitchen is managed by Miljo Weimar (Executive Chef) and Arjen Steegers (Chef), it is a challenging task for them to create the French-Asian vibe in the kitchen. Historical building It is an iconic place with a large historical building where owner Michiel Meininger kept the Danzig running for 7 years. After the Covid-19 virus and the first lockdown around the spring of 2020, it was time for something completely different. For him, D Cuisine is a big dream that has finally come true.
