Symbiose is a small and cozy restaurant situated in the nicest area of The Hague. It is founded by two sisters who run the place together. They serve only organic vegetarian and vegan dishes and drinks. Guests with special diets are welcome and if you call ahead we can prepare something special for you. Everything on the menu is homemade and we use seasonal and local ingredients. Seated at your table enjoying one of the delicious wines you can watch the chef prepare your food.
