Cajun Restaurant, with a Southern Hospitality. Serving Louisiana Cajun Cuisine We’re a Cajun Food inspired diner with a nice southern vibe and hospitality. And we are maybe the only place in the Hague that has Gumbo and Beef tips on the menu. Most of our food is prepared Low & Slow. Next to our food menu we also have a nice selection of mixed drinks and we can make almost every cocktail as you desire. Classic Southern Cocktails as the Tipperary and the Vieux Carre is something you must try when you visit The Cover Up. And of course also try our Gumbo, Beef tips & Gravy or our Low and Slow Ribs from the oven with a homemade Don Papa Pineapple Sauce.
