About

West Den Haag is housed in the former American embassy in the heart of the Museumkwartier in The Hague. The building is a national monument designed by Bauhaus architect Marcel Breuer. As an art institution, West focuses on the most relevant international developments within the contemporary arts. Through changing exhibitions, events and guided tours West aims to open up new conversations. Architecture tours are held every Sunday, also in English. West is also open on Thursday nights for free between 6-9 pm.
