Zitoun is a Mediterranean Tunisian bistro. Let chef Mo surprise you with his spices and full flavors. Since his childhood he learned from his grandmother and mother: the best food, is the food that is prepared with love. He understood the power of simplicity and attention. Later on, he began to experiment in Michelin star kitchens. You can taste the result of his evolvement at Zitoun, an intimate neighborhood restaurant where you can enjoy casual fine dining. An evening at Zitoun, feels like coming home. At least to the home of Mo and Annemieke. It’ll give you the feeling of being in Tunisia, where the sun descends between the white and blue houses and you can smell the sweet jasmine. Meanwhile, you are enjoying the traditional Tunisian dishes with a modern touch or the Mediterranean classics with a Tunisian touch of chef Mo.
