At restaurant La Nouvelle Auberge (part of Auberge du Bonheur) in Tilburg, guests can enjoy relaxed hospitality, a natural environment and the culinary qualities of head chef Ralph Blaakenburg. Recently the restaurant has been completly restyled. The atmosphere is natural chique and modern. The warm colour combinations and contemporary furniture give you a relaxed feeling. The kitchen can be described as French base, pure flavours, exciting textures and local suppliers. In addition, many vegetable and fruit varieties are grown in our own vegetable garden. There is a lot of attention for creating the best foodparring. The wine list, a varied collection of beers and drinks from our own 1712 collection (recommended) ensure an ultimate taste experience.
