Welcome to MONAstère Red Hearts, MONARH. Restaurant Monarh is located in the over 125-year-old monastery of the 'Holy Heart' missionaries, in Tilburg populair as; 'Red Hearts'. In 2013, the construction of restaurant Monarh began in the former Red Hearth missionary kitchen. Over a year later, the restaurant presents itself with an eccentric architectural look, overlooking the open kitchen. Be surprised by the culinary arts of our chef Paul Kappé and his kitchen brigade in French cuisine with worldwide influences. Delicious matching European wines are presented by our sommelier and his brother, Ralph Kappé. Restaurant Monarh has created a lot of name recognition in early 2016 with the 'floating amuse'.
