In the charming village of Helvoirt, much has been preserved from the time when Vincent van Gogh came and his family lived there. The old reformed Church where father Theodorus preached, his State Bible, the minister's house, the grave of Uncle Jan and Aunt Doortje and the house of his three aunts form a true open-air museum. Helvoirt is located on the Van Gogh cycle route and Van Gogh National Park.
