Brasserie Springer is located next to the beautiful and historic "Springer park" of Schoonhoven. For the concept of our restaurant, we have been inspired by the impressionists, which are the contemporaries of the landscape architect Leonard Springer. This inspiration applies as well to our style of cooking. Our chef is not your traditional recipe cook, but he cooks the way the impressionists painted: with heart, playfulness and craftsmanship. Inspired further by his team, the seasons and their ingredients, he brings food with passion.
